Best guided meditation to boost self-confidence

Our thoughts are so influential that we can modify any situation around us, but the saddest part is that we never put enough focus on it.  The simple reason is that we always think about others opinion and see ourselves from their eyes only, their gruff word sabotages our self-confidence. Now the question arises!!

 

How the whole picture can be transformed like a happy ending of any movie.

Self-love is the easiest way to achieve it.so this post is all about pat meditation or you can say self-confidence meditation which is given by my mentor.

           

I am sure we all love to be admired by others but before that how many times we do self-praising, self-love, self-acceptance-most of us never do it regularly.

 

Before moving ahead I want you all to ask these questions from themselves and if you find the answer "No" then this meditation is for you

                              

1 Do you praise when you wake up early in the morning when other family members are still sleeping.

2 Do you praise when you cook food in the kitchen for your family.

3 Do you praise when you do work out.

                       

4 Do you praise when you teach your kids.

5 Do you praise when you balance work and home life.

6 Do you praise when you finish cleaning of your house

7 Do you praise when you successfully organise party or function.

8 Do you praise when you solve your kid's fight at home or in play area.

9 Do you praise when you stand in front of a mirror.

      

10 Do you praise when you save money.

11 Do you praise whatever you do daily.

12 Do you praise your look and appearance.

13 Do you praise when you make decisions.

14 Do you praise when you learn something new.

15 Do you praise when you dress up.

                   

PAT MEDITATION for self-love, self-acceptance, boost self-confidence and self- praising.

 

Now meditation starts are you ready

       

 

1-Close your eyes

2-Relax yourself, relax your spinal cord

3 Feel the sensation in every part of your body

                

4 Feel your body, feel your breath

5 Say it 3 times----I am a loving person

6 Think of the days when you have expressed your love from the heart for anything

                    

7 Pat yourself 3 times on your left shoulder as left shoulder is for receiving

8 Say to yourself hey you have done a very good thing, you have done a good job--pat 3 times on your left shoulder

         

9 Take your name and pat yourself. Take your name and pat yourself take your name and pat yourself -on your left shoulder

10 Think of the days when you have enjoyed a lot and laughed just as baby it may be a game you played with your friends 

            

It may be a park where you enjoyed a lot

It may be your birthday party

It may be the last day of the school

Anything you have enjoyed and laughed just thinks about it and try to remember

Say to yourself- you are great, you know how to enjoy life

11 Now bring a big smile on your face--- pat yourself 3 times on your left shoulder

12 Think about all your achievements in life, in school days, in college

It can be any achievement even scoring highest marks in any subject,

It can be your selection for any competition school or college

It can be helping someone when they were in need

It can be when you get admission in best college

13 Now pat yourself 3 times say you are a winner 

14 Think of the days or time when you have to get appreciation /praise by others -you are a nice a person, you are the trustworthy person you deserve praise now pat yourself 3 times

15 Thank yourself ---bring a feeling of achievements say I have been praised for this that person appreciated me from the heart

16 Pat yourself 3 times -on your left shoulder

17 Think about the period of bad you faced in life -it may be any disease or problem

Think about all those persons or doctors you have visited for your disease or problem and now you have come a long way

18 Pat yourself for coming out from that struggle in life 3 times

19 Think about the period of a bad time with the money you have faced, now you have come a long way ...money is one part of life only and you have successfully managed to come out from it

20 Think of any period of bad time when you felt that divine or god grace was behind you

keep your hand on heart say oh god you are my light your my peace guide me you are my today you are my tomorrow, guide where to go how to go, be with me, open my eyes where it is necessary to live life gracefully

      

Thank the god for being with you now pat 3 times say ....take your name thank you for always being connected with god or divine power. set timer daily and do this meditation at least 3 times in a week
